Looking for a fun alternative to the gym? Do you enjoy being outside? Come join our L.L.Bean instructors for an urban-inspired boot camp that will keep you moving and get you on the path to a more active lifestyle.
Our fun, friendly boot camp makes it easy to learn a new sport and build strength and endurance. Each session features a mix of outdoor activities in varied terrain to keep you motivated, get your heart rate up and help you reach peak fitness. Our workouts include trail running, stand up paddle boarding (SUP) fitness, SUP yoga and fitness hula hooping. Come get out of the gym, enjoy the outdoors, meet fun people, have fun and get fit!
This hour-long class offers a high-intensity, full-body workout. We'll start with a warm-up, work through three to four high-intensity circuits and end with a cool down. Beginner and intermediate fitness levels are welcome.
L.L.Bean does not usually cancel events due to inclement weather. However, we reserve the right to cancel an event at any time due to severe weather, low enrollment or other concerns. If L.L.Bean cancels your event, you will receive a full refund for the cost of your reservation.
*Synthetic clothing dries quickly and is the best choice for outdoor pursuits. Please do not wear cotton clothing. When wet, cotton rapidly robs the heat from your body and takes a long time to dry. We also recommend you dress in multiple layers, allowing you more flexibility to comfortably respond to the weather conditions and your level of exertion.
