LLBean made it super easy to return the shoes thank you! Besides the waterproof issue, the shoes were very nice looking and sturdy. Would probably be waterproof if water poured on top of them so guess if walking on a road or rocks then they would be waterproof cuz the fabric on top certainly was.

So, you thought they were too heavy (weight is in description), and they hurt while standing, but you still wore them OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN? We no longer need wonder why LLB changed its return policy!

I should add to my review that the other reviewer is correct that this shoe would benefit from a longer tongue. The tongue is too short and sort of digs into the top of ones foot.
