[00:00:10.54] There are four parts to a fly cast. 1, the pickup. 2, back cast stop. 3, forward stop. 4, presentation.

[00:00:32.31] Part 2, the back cast stop. Back cast stop position. Arm bent at a 90 degree angle.

[00:00:40.77] Pause to let the line straighten out behind you. A man stands in calf-deep water as he flicks the fishing pole backwards. Text, Part 3, the forward cast. After the line unfurls behind you, smoothly accelerate the rod forward to a high forward stop position.
