    I also have these, bought in the '70s. Neoprene webbing; I replaced the bindings with some made from tires (?) - rubber, pull-on type. Not sure what Iverson style is. I don't know if the pull-on one is still available (bought from a magazine ad, before the internet!). They are great - don't ice up, etc. I also own some newer aluminum snowshoes and they are noisy; lighter than wooden ones, but I still like to wooden ones, I just go slower now that I & the snowshoes are 30 years older! Have had NO problems with these ever.
