I am a backpacker and Archaeologist. I spent seven weeks living out of this tent of the shores of Lake Superior last summer and it exceed all of my expectations. It faced 60mph winds and torrential rains with barely a wiggle, and that is with no guylines; stayed nice and dry! The only drawback to this tent is the weight when it comes to backpacking, but I would rather carry more tent and know that my stuff and I will be dry. Overall I rate this 10 out of 10. Anyone who needs serious protection and durability from a tent should look at this model.
