Pretty simple here. Boat is awesome. Buckles are plastic and break way to easy. We broke two already and with very little effort. They should be made of... more

    Love my lego style kayak
I am new to kayaking but I knew I did not want a kayak that involved getting down into the body of the kayak. What I really like: easy to get in & out,... more

Love this kayak. I repeat all of the above comments: perfect for an SUV, easy to transport when alone, but do watch video on how to connect... it is counter-intuitive and may be why the one comment-er, above, broke his buckles. Love it! Thanks for a great product.

Taking the Tequila apart is super easy... in the water! Don't attempt to assemble or disassemble on dry land. After your done paddling, stay seated in the kayak near shore, pull the ratchet releases and push with your legs on the footrests. The sections come apart like butter. No need to push hard (you don't want to have to go chasing kayak pieces) To take apart the tandem I disengage the stern first, then go sit in the bow and disengage that. Then put the pieces on shore and transport to my vehicle. Hope this helps! :-)

I agree with the above. I kayak by myself a lot and this is easy to toss in the back of the car and go. Hooking the parts together is easy, but at the end of the paddle it takes about 20 minutes to get them apart and no one wants to help me because they are afraid to break the ratchet system. I understand it has to be non-slip, but wow this is hard, especially with cold wet hands! Instructions would help. Or maybe LLB could post a video!
