Update: The first day that I wore this I got stuck in the vest, and I had worn it to work! I returned it, hoping for a better zipper next time.

Very same thing happened to mine also. I love this vest, but the threading developing the pills makes it look like its worn out and I've never even washed it.

I bought one of these vests a year or so ago and have had a problem with the zipper, but thought it would have been remedied by now. I just bought 4 more and the zipper still doesn't work smoothly. Otherwise it is a nice vest.
