I had this bag on most of 4000footers. I love how weight is divided over my body.

I just took this pack and hiked almost 400 miles on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. The pack fit well and using the adjustments I could modify the fit per the load. I liked the multiple pockets for storage and access. The pack has an accessible sleeping bag compartment from the upper half. I used this to haul 7 sets of hiking poles as we checked our group gear on an airplane flight. I would recommend this pack.
